- How to turn, stop, and move on the water
- Safe entry and exit
- Basic Rescue
- How to launch, carry and transport your craft
- How to rig the craft boat
- Identify parts of the sailboat
Routine
- 7:45am camp begins
- Equipment setup
- Instruction/lake time
- Snacks and Lunch
- More Instruction/lake time
- 2:15 pack and store equipment
- Leave when all equipment is stored properly
