Learn to Be Safe on the Water
Juniors, ages 9-11, get to explore various boats while learning to be safe on the water. It’s three days of action and fun. They get to play with canoes, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards. If there is time and extra equipment available, she may get to try windsurfing and sailing.
Your camper will experience:
- Water safety and self rescue
- How to launch, carry, and transport equipment
- Name and identify parts of the boats
- How to maneuver the boats on the water
- Boating games
Friday is Fun Day!
We have some very creative minds coming up with some great games for our final fun day of camp
Your camper can expect:
- Boat related games and crafts
- Relay races
- Kinetic boat competition
- Lake scavenger hunt
- Walk the plank!
